Are you passionate about great food, sports, and giving back to your community? We Sow We Grow is seeking enthusiastic volunteers to work concessions at Soldier Field for the Bears vs. Rams game on September 29, 2024!

About We Sow We Grow:

We Sow We Grow is a dedicated nonprofit organization committed to promoting urban agriculture and fostering sustainable communities. By volunteering at this event, you’ll be directly supporting our mission and helping us make a positive impact on our city.

Volunteer Responsibilities:

• Working in concession stands, serving a variety of food and beverages
• Providing exceptional customer service to fans
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Volunteer Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must respond to emails for your selected event
• Strong customer service skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
• Must wear a uniform consisting of all black attire (black shirt – no logo, black pants – no rips, leggings, or jeans) and black non-skid shoes. A black baseball hat will be provided.
• NFL Credentialing:
  All volunteers must complete the NFL’s credentialing process to access Soldier Field. This includes uploading a passport-style photo and accepting the NFL’s terms and conditions. If you haven’t completed this yet, please do so as soon as possible using the link below:
